Episode 1
Albert Bierstadt’s Hetch Hetchy Canyon
The first session in the series is perfect for beginners and those looking to include some simple, full-body movement in their day. We begin with gentle movement through the spine, then explore making space in our sun salutations, and finish with a basic balance pose, the tree pose (vrksasana), and a short savasana. Enjoy this simple, foundational session for the Art and Yoga series! Artwork introduction by A'mara Braynen '22, and yoga flow led by Anabelle Farnham.

Episode 2
Martine Gutierrez's Tlazoteotl
This session is designed for those ready to boldly embody their most authentic self. Through a Warrior series, we recognize and explore the courage it takes to be unapologetically you, and the holistic beauty that shines through when we find that strength. Come for a challenging but invigorating sequence and a gentle hip opener at the end. Artwork introduction by Jennifer Villa '21, and yoga flow led by Anabelle Farnham.

Episode 3
Miriam Shapiro’s Frida and Me
