Desmond Fitz-Gibbon, Associate Professor of History, and Aaron Miller, Associate Curator of Visual and Material Culture

Join exhibition curators Desmond Fitz-Gibbon and Aaron Miller for an introduction to the exhibition Money Matters: Meaning, Power, and Change in the History of Currency. Students from the “History of Money” course Emily Sheng, Ilika Tripathi, and Audrey Shannon will offer insights about specific objects in the exhibition, demonstrating how money can reflect systems of political power as well as societal innovation and change.
